bye bye brownfield

sunday, september 21st we officially said our last goodbyes to 15 brownfield lane.

we packed up any last minute nick-knacks and handed over the keys.

we still can't believe our condo sold in this crazy market!
it truly was and is a blessing from God no doubt!!!
we reflected back to 3 years ago when we first walked into our empty, newly purchased condo
and i was also preggy then too with taylor.
we've had plenty of memories there.
it was our starter home and the place where taylor grew up for 2 1/2 years of her life.

we officially closed escrow today!!!
praise God!

funny conversation

as we were on our way back into the house from our walk this morning...

taylor (talking to the neighbors cat in the window): "good morning kitty! we're back. we went on a walk and we are going home now cause my mom is tired!"

birthday wishes...

so during the weekdays i take taylor with me in her jogger to go on my morning walks. she insists on wearing these shoes that lola bought her that she loves. hehe. she thinks they are her "running" shoes. and she insists on wearing socks. i keep telling her that she just sits in the jogger and she doesn't need socks or shoes cause she doesn't actually walk. but she won't go unless she can wear both. haha!

All That Dance

Taylor started her 1st day at her new dance studio All That Dance. It was a combo Intro to Ballet and Tap for 2-3 year olds. She LOVED it! I was worried she might cry a little for me but she didn't; not once. I think the fact that she knew her dance teacher already helped. And she had new ballet and tap shoes that she was excited to wear.

time to dance-the class started with like 6 or 7 then one by one the teacher let them out the door cause they wanted their mommies-so they have to be in the mommy n me class instead. but not to worry she said more students would enroll.

I was so proud of how well she did. She adjusted to the new studio and new faces just fine. Praise God! It's just 1 class a week for now and I'm glad she really enjoys it! She's growing up! :) Thank you Lord for Taylor's desire to dance and for your provision! Thanks papi for working hard so Taylor can take dance! :)

we didn't get a pic with the bride and groom cause they were sooo busy running around taking pics with everyone else. took a table pic but didn't even have the chance to hand over my camera to anyone. bummer. it was a fun night! it was great to see old friends. we didn't last very long but we had a super time!

BACK TO SCHOOL!

today was taylor's 1st day back at school. she has been anticipating this day even more than i have. it was good to see mrs. dorothy and her friends once again. and nice to be in a new building. there were familiar faces and some new ones. oh school how we've missed you! there'll be a lil bit more academics since it's an older class of 2-3 yr. olds. looks like it's going to be a good year-not just a new school but a new dance studio too (and soon a new home and lil one)!!!

today marks 26 weeks with Peyton Elizabeth growing in my belly.

she's doing great and everything is normal!
next week i start going to the dr's once a week for my stress tests since i'm considered high risk. she is getting soo BIG and i've still got a long ways to go!
