mum's day

last weekend we went out to celebrate my mom.

but today, i got some love and so did my mother-in-law.

mom's are something. i'm not talking about me. i'm talking about my own mom and my mother-in-law. these 2 women are some of the greatest mom's ever. not most can say that about their mother-in-law too. but i've been blessed with a great mom AND mother-in-law. both are always there for me and my family and will put our needs before their own. they won't say no (unless they absolutely can't because it's beyond them-which is rare). they allow for "me" times, date nights and sanity (hehe). my mom's the "laundry fairy" and my mil is my daughter's personal "spa" attendant (hehe). the door is always open with my moms. they are where we can go for a free, home-cooked meal. they'll drop everything to give me (us) anything.  tired isn't in their vocabulary. they are there to encourage and give me courage. they are God-fearing women and i know i can always count on them for a prayer. i love my mom and i love my mother-in-law dearly. thank you Jesus for my awesome moms and for allowing me to be a mom to my 3 beautiful little girls.
