for taylor's 5th we went BIG!!!

it was a hello kitty themed party with all handmade decor, in the non-traditional hello kitty colors of hot pink/pink, black/white!
with the help of my sis, my mom, kris and my mil...we made the party come together quite lovely!!!

tonight jino and i heard the sweetest sounds that we will never, ever forget...
our little Reagan laughed for the very 1st time
it wasn't just once but a few times
with smiles and talking and cooing in between
and it brought a continuous flow of tears from both our eyes
happy tears
some may say big deal, but for us, this is a huge step and big blessing!
Reagan's come a loooong way
she's 5 months old
born a month early
it's these little milestones like laughing that we sometimes take for granted..
we thank God for Reagan and for her ability to laugh...
praying for more laughs
and more milestones reached!

Our youngest daughter was diagnosed with a rare condition: lobar HPE.The Dr's tell us that she will grow up with severe developmental delays.Well 2 day we heard her laugh for the very 1st time, and it brought tears to our eyes.The joy we get from such a "regular" emotion is awesome.How often as parents do we take this 4 granted?Many times as parents we teach our kids a lesson,in this case Reagan has taught us a lesson!

can't believe 5 years ago our lives were completely changed.

we went from being a husband and wife team to a mom and dad team!
@442a.m. via emergency c-section, taylor madison was born!
