bp update

so my bp is back to normal! praise God!!! i think we finally figured out the right meds for me cause it's working! it read 120/70!!! thanks for your prayers! :)

today taylor and her friend ava had private tap/ballet dance lessons with ms. diane.

fam jam day

today was a looong day for us. despite the rain we managed to take full advantage of papa being home since it was president's day.

we decided to venture all the way out to long beach to visit the Aquarium of the Pacific. the weather wasn't too bad. rain here and there.

we had fun seeing what taylor called...(from finding nemo) all the dore's, nemo's, the busdrivers (stingrays) and the astronauts (which were actually the scuba divers).

then we went to eat lunch at my favorite place to eat by the beach which was Taco Surf. they have the best pork flautas in my opinion.

we then ended our day visiting our dear friends joel and armenia to meet the newest addition to the bermejo family. baby luke joel. 7.4 pounds and 22 inches. he had a whole head of hair already and we couldn't believe how much he didn't look like a newborn.

so here's peyton's room where the girls both sleep.

papa did a great job with the chair rail in this room.

taylor's sidea nursery is not complete without a rockin chair. hehe.

tons of toys...dora tent, dora vanity, kitchen, shelf w/toys, tons of books, table & chair for drawing n coloring n playin play dough, a barbie castle next to ita rockin unicorn, a baby doll center

i still haven't made time to hang up at or pictures on the walls.

it has become peyton's new name...
she's so chubby!
she has chubby cheeks,
chubby arms,
a big, chubby belly,
and chubby rolls on her legs!!!
today she (finally) had her 2 month check-up.
she had 2 shots on 1 thigh and 1 on the other.
omg...she weighs a whoppin' 10 pounds 8 ounces!!!!!
and shes 21 1/4 inches long!

February

Taylor knew when February came it meant:

*her and Peyton move to Peyton's room
so last night was Taylor and Peyton's first night NOT sleeping in our room (yay, we've got our room back)!!! we packed away the pack-n-play that Peyton was sleeping in and moved Taylor's toddler bed that she was sleeping in into Peyton's room. i think Taylor woke up about once every hour from like 1030-230am crying hysteically. then she finally slept the rest of the night in her bed. it was a rough night...especially cause i was the one that had to go comfort her each time with the exception of papa helping out once when she peed in her pants and he washed her. oh the joys. please keep her in prayer. i hope tonight is better.

*no more using the little kid potty's
we put away the little kid potty's yesterday. it's soo much better not having the potty's laying around the floor of the house. it may have been easier for Taylor but such a gross task for us of taking the pee or poop and dumping it in the toilet and then having to clean the little potty each time. yet, the big potty means moe pee accidents on the floor cause sometimes Taylor doesn't scoot back far enough and the pee flies. hehe.
