updates

me:
i'm 29 weeks! not delivering at st. jude anymore. gettin transferred to uci medical center. that means that now i can get my tubes tied! so about the transfer. just keep us in prayer-baby reagan seems to be getting watched closely. it's a long story and i know i haven't shared the story yet on my blog. seems like with each child there's always some issue. baby reagan had showed that she had enlarged ventricles-which if they continued to grow could cause some brain abnormalities. so far they have remained stable. but the specialist's i've been seeing at uci would rather me be seen there so they can really keep an eye on this pregnancy. i believe they eventually wanna do an mri so they can really tell what's going on with baby reagan. so please just say a prayer.

peyton:
she's 21 months old now. still climbing ALL over the place and exploring everything. she talks a lot too.

taylor:
she can tie her own shoelaces now. starts preschool again next week. dance starts again the week after. still deciding if we are gonna do piano.

papa:
still working hard. and still trying to get over the lingering cough.

down in my heart

on the drive home from SD today taylor and i had this conversation...

taylor: "is everyone a christian?"
me:"no, that's why you have to share about Jesus with everyone"
taylor: "what's a christian?"
me: "it's when you ask Jesus to come into you heart...you ask Him to forgive you of your sins, and you thank Him for dying on the cross" (i said something like that).
taylor: "can we do that tonight when we pray before i go to bed?"
me: (with the biggest smile) "we sure can!"

so we did just that tonight after we read our bible devotion and prayed....she prayed and asked Jesus to come into her heart!!! praise the Lord! =) i'm not sure she really understands what it all means but i'm just so happy and thankful she wanted to ask Jesus into her heart! amen!

Family vacay

FRIDAY
brunch @Hash House A GoGo (super awesome food, huge portions-love yelp)

jino and i shared this. it was the BEST french toast ever
then spent a good chunk of the day at Sea World

waitin to get wet at the shamu showthen had an early dinner-felt like some good filipino food @Zarlito's in National City
more shopping and galavanting then grabbed cupcakes @Babycakes and had one of the yummiest Mexican mocha's (decaf of course).

SATURDAY
had another awesome breakfast because of yelp @Leilani's Cafe in Pacific Beach-one of the best hawaiian breakfasts ever!

then late lunner @El Indio's

we were pretty much pooped after more shopping and galavanting at Gaslamp and Old Town San Diego. jino, peyton and i stayed at the hotel while everyone else went out for one last dinner-cause peyton was super cranky from not getting enough sleep.

SUNDAY
we decided to check out a church while we were out there before we headed for home. Kaleo was the name...but before that we had a Starbucks/Jamba Juice kinda breakfast.

we played a game and i tied with krissa so we had to do a tie breaker of rock, paper, scissors and i lost! =/ then we had a mini devotion by my mother-in-law and after just talked and shared. it was fun! glad to have been part of it.

ahhhh beach day!

perfect day for it...

especially when the IE was due for 100 degree weather.
met up with our dear friend sam.
we chatted, while the cousins played.
but no water for them since they were all recovering from being sick.
it was actually overcast when we got there
but you could tell there was some humidity in the air.

even though it was overcast
they still played just not in the water though
and they were pooped after it all

park day

it's been a tough almost 3 weeks of everyone being sick...and now papa's sick.

but today i took the girls to the park in the early evening.
they needed to play again and be kids and release some energy.
i needed out! =)
peyton and i are pretty much better.
taylor still has this lingering cough-hopefully it goes away soon

it was good to see the girls laugh and play
although peyton has been playing (just cooped up at home) and eating-her appetite is definitely back

3rd TRI

it's finally here!
i'm officially in my 3rd trimester!
yay!
see you in 12 weeks (not 13 since it's a c-section)
or less baby Reagan!!!

sickies

so i've been sick for a week and a half now.
turns out i have a sinus infection...although i feel like its more than that considering i'm still sick and i have this awful cough that hurts my throat.
then peyton got sick last friday.
she had high fevers all weekend long.
i was finally able to take her to the dr. on monday.
turns out she has ear infections in both ears and some form of bronchitis.
and to makes things worse sunday her asthma started acting up.
poor thing is battling infections, coughing and trouble breathing.
and now taylor is sick.
she's been sick since monday.
i took her to cfbc's vbs-not knowing and when i picked her up her cheeks were flushed and she didn't seem like herself.
later that afternoon she had a fever.
she has yet to go to the dr's.
poor tay is battling fevers on and off too.
i hate how it spreads amongst us.
we are confined to the house for the most part.
it's sooooo sad seeing the girls sick.
please say a prayer!
