9 is divine!

We celebrated 9 years!!! Went on a much need overnight getaway to Palm Springs and stayed at the super trendy mid-century modern Ace Hotel. This hotel was in downtown but yet a bikes ride away to the mountains. It was so much fun...so fun that we want to do another getaway this summer. We really enjoyed our time away with no kids and it just sparked our love and we felt like we were dating again. Lounged at the pool, had our anniversary dinner at Trio then walked downtown and called it a night  woke up to a beautiful sunrise, took advantage of the free bike rentals and biked to get breakfast then to the mountains and all around, then went back and checked out.

then woke up the next morning to this beauty

 

then got ready and took advantage of the free bike rentals and biked to get our breakfast

 

then went on a biking adventure and biked up to the mountains  

 

 

     

 

then said our last goodbye to our hotel room  

   it was #2 up there with our anniversary celebrations! #1 being our 1st year anni we spent in Maui. but Ace Hotel was up there...made us feel like we were young and dating again. We plan to come back again this summer for a 2 night stay. Can't wait!
