saturday

we got up bright and early today and i took taylor with me on her first trip to the swap meet. we met wowo (lolo), wowa (lola) and lola lola there. it was soooo hot! i was on a mission to find some good deals on fabric. taylor had 1 mission in mind and that was to find and stare at all the toys and get wowo to buy them for her.

i accomplished my mission and found some great pieces. and who can beat $1 a yard?!

an elephant onesie (again inspired by 1 from online) and i still need to make a bag for it...for one of my soon-to-be mommy friends.


and this snail onesie (an actual original design of mine) and matching bag to put it in for my friend's new baby ashley.

i can't wait to make more of skirts and tanks for taylor. i have tons of fabric waiting to be used. i'm also excited to make more onesie and matching bag presents for my new mommy friends. i would still like to make myself something...maybe a matching skirt to wear with taylor. hehe. thank you Lord for the good finds. and for the ability to make things!
